These Terms and Conditions apply to all our services provided online, by e-mail or phone. Scope of Service Seekyourspace short term retail operator provides an online platform or marketplace that connects our Short-term tenants to Properties and other services described herein. These services are accessible at seekyourspace.com only.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Owner Cancellation

Should the Space Owner cancel after accepting the tenant Move-In Date, Space Owner shall refund to the Tenant all funds received under their Agreement.

 

The Department of Economic Development (DED) Cancellation

Should the DED not issue the permit to the tenant, Seekyourspace/Owner shall refund to the Tenant all funds received under this Agreement.

 

Tenant Cancellation policy

If the tenant cancels the booking 30 days before the -in date (which shall include the move-in date) then they will receive a 50% rent refund of the rent paid. The service and Permit fee paid will be non- refundable. If the tenant cancels less than 30 days before the -in date (which shall include the move-in date) then they will not be eligible for any refund of the rent paid. The service and Permit fee paid will be non- refundable.
